Originating from their discovery on The Portal, Elyndaric Runes appear to be a subset of the Elyndaric Script used exclusively for the application of Magic. Not much is currently known about the Runes themselves, other than their obvious importance to the operation of S.P.A.R.C. itself.
History and use
The runes closely resemble that of the Elyndaric Script, though direct translations between the two yield gibberish.
Origins
To date, only a single rune has been found outside of those inscribed on the portal itself. The disparity between the lack of information around the Elyndaric runes and the relatively much more commonplace Elyndaric Script suggests that the runes may be an early proto-script that predates even the ancient Elyndari.
